Dear Israel Tour 2011 participants,
The day is coming closer and in 2 months from today we are already landing in Tel Aviv, IsraelJ I hope you are getting excited about the tour just as I am!
You will be receiving more information on the tour within the next 1-2 months, such as a travelling package including travelers guide, a spiritual formation preparation, packing list, etc.
In addition, we also need some information from you in regards to medical needs. I know that some people have already mentioned special dietary needs. We are trying to be aware of who needs special meals or medical assistance so if you could send that information if it concerns you that would be great. Please make sure to bring all the medications you need on the tour, and maybe some extra supplies just in case. Once abroad it is often hard to get the medical supplies you need.

For those of you that are travelling to Chicago from a different state, please make sure to arrive here early enough so that you won’t miss the flight to Israel. It would be ideal if you could arrive the day before we leave. If that’s not possible please try to make sure to arrive in Chicago early morning on March 13th.
